On Cape Khrustalny, next to the Artillery Bay, there is a monument to a sailor and a soldier. This is one of the iconic places in Sevastopol. On a huge pedestal, there are figures of two military men, rushing into battle. This is how they immortalized the memory of the defenders of Sevastopol, who showed courage during the second defense of the city and its liberation in the Great Patriotic War.

The area on which it is installed is an excellent observation deck. A magnificent view of the Sevastopol Bay opens from here. The territory is well lit, tiled, there are many benches. Trees and flowers are planted everywhere. Lovers of roller skating and skateboarding often gather here.
