An interesting fact that in Yoshkar-Ola there are more than 50 monuments and busts, listed as monuments of monumental art of national and local significance.

The opening of the monument to Hollywood actress and prince of Monaco is not an ordinary event, and especially for Russia, where neither Grace Kelly nor Prince Rainier III have ever been. Anyway, the authorities explained the appearance of this monument: “Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier of Monaco III – is a good example of a married couple, and in life, and they are worth being an example for others”.
